Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 10 miles of the store over £20 and charged at £1.99 per delivery.  Any order over £200 is FREE delivery within 10 miles.

Once the order is placed, a member of the team will contact you to organise a date/time for delivery. We deliver Monday-Saturdays as standard but Sundays are available by exception too.

No, we are happy to deliver and even put orders away for you. Just let us know when we contact you to arrange delivery what your requirements are.

Yes, we accept cash on delivery for local deliveries completed on our own vans. Unfortunately for nationwide delivery completed via third party logistics, cash payments are not accepted.

Nationwide Delivery

It depends on geographical location. Orders can take 1-4 business days to arrive depending on the delivery selected. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Due to the size, weight and nature of some items, we are unable to send them to certain locations or by certain delivery methods. All available delivery methods and associated costs will be shown at checkout prior to you placing your order.

We use a variety of local and nationwide carriers. This is to ensure the best possible price and service to our customers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, a signature is mostly required when your order is delivered however if there is a safe place, the courier may at their discretion leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Horse & Hen cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left unsigned.

On shipping your order, we add any tracking and carrier details to the confirmation. You can then use this to track your parcel with the carrier directly. If you need more help please email orders@horseandhen.co.uk.

Return & Exchange

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order this will need to be done within 14 days of delivery, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at orders@horseandhen.co.uk and we’ll take you through the process. Please note, we unfortunately are unable to offer free returns.

Horse & Hen can offer a collection service where the item to be returned can be collected from the delivery address. This service will be charged at £15.95 per parcel (with a maximum weight of 30kg per parcel). Please ensure you package up the item appropriately as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the item whilst it is on its way back to us. If you require this service, please call our customer services team on 01629 55084 or email orders@horseandhen.co.uk.

Yes, simply take your item into one of our retail shops accompanied with your original invoice/receipt and staff will be happy to help. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your order invoice and/or completed returns form with your items. Please note, the refund will be processed by our online team and will be issued to the payment method used to place the order, typically within working 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please note that the stores will not be able to give you a cash refund.
