What is Feed & Repeat?
Feed & Repeat is Horse & Hen’s new subscription service for horse feed. It offers regular, automatic deliveries of your chosen horse, animal feed and bedding so you never run out.

How does the subscription work?
Simply choose your preferred feed, select your delivery frequency (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), and we’ll handle the rest. Your feed will arrive at your door on schedule, with no need to reorder each time.

Which products can I subscribe to? 
Most horse, animal feed and bedding at Horse & Hen can be added to your Feed & Repeat subscription. If you have a specific brand or product in mind, just ask our team!

Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us directly. No long-term commitment required.

Is there a discount for subscribing?
Feed & Repeat subscribers enjoy exclusive savings, loyalty points, and occasional bonus offers. Check the product page or ask in-store for current deals.

How does delivery work?
We offer local delivery in selected postcodes around our Derbyshire store and free UK delivery on orders over £50 (exclusions apply for bulky items – this does include feed and bedding). Delivery is fast and reliable—typically 2-3 days locally and 2-4 days nationwide.

Can I combine my subscription with other products?
Absolutely. You can add other products to your regular order or make one-off purchases as needed.

How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your Horse & Hen account to view, change, or cancel your subscription. You can also contact us by email, phone, or in-store for help.

What if I need to skip a delivery?
No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery, and we’ll adjust your subscription as needed.

Who can I contact for support?
Our team is here to help—reach out via email, phone, Shopify chat, or in-store with any questions about Feed & Repeat. Please not that our team can talk you through the process but cannot do the order from our end due to you needing to select the payment options and confirm your happy with a repeat amount coming out of your bank. You can choose payment in store if you would wish for us to contact you for payment each delivery. However, this may delay your delivery for nationwide orders due stock only been sent once payment is complete.
