Dispatch Timeframes
Standard Delivery
If you selected Standard Delivery at checkout, dispatch is currently taking up to 7 working days.
(This does not include weekends or bank holidays.)
Parcels are shipped via DHL.
Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)
Orders placed with Express Delivery are sent via DPD directly from our supplier.
Express Delivery is operating as normal and remains the fastest option, with orders prioritised for dispatch.
