Carrier Delays

Orders have been delayed due to carrier tracking issue that we have been seeing and parcel not getting through the network correctly this is only happening with smaller number of parcel. This is causing delays with Standard and Saver Shipping. It is limited but please allow a little more time then normal as our small team try to navigate resolving this with DHL and effected customers. 

Easter Holidays 

Please be mindful that the easter bank holidays are coming up and as our small team do not work on bank holidays order will take a little longer over the coming weeks. We have extended the shipping timeframes to reflect this at checkout. 


Dispatch Timeframes

Saver Shipping 

If you selected Saver Shipping Options at checkout, dispatch is currently taking 5-8 working days to dispatch. (This does not include weekends or bank holidays.)

Parcels are shipped via DHL.


Standard Shipping  (3–5 Working Days)

Orders placed with Standard Shipping are sent via DHL and are dispatch within 3-5  working days. 


Express Shipping  

Orders placed with Express Delivery are sent via DHL directly from our supplier and are dispatch within 1-2 working days if order by 10am. 

Express Delivery is operating as normal and remains the fastest option, with orders prioritised for dispatch.

Upgrade to Express Delivery

If you selected Standard or Saver Shipping and would like to upgrade to Express Delivery, please email us at:

Please include your order number so we can locate your order quickly. We will then send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost.

Please note: Express parcels are shipped directly from our supplier, and shipping charges reflect the cost we are charged for this service.
